This is a locally run AI coding agent review tool. When the AI outputs a plan or finishes writing code, it automatically opens a review interface in the browser, supports annotating plans, commenting on diffs and PRs, and feedback is directly sent back to the agent for execution, compatible with Claude Code, Codex, Copilot CLI, etc.
