This project enables the setup of a home AI cluster using everyday household devices such as smartphones, laptops, and desktop computers. By leveraging existing devices and without the need for expensive hardware, it constructs a low-cost, scalable GPU computing cluster that supports dynamic model partitioning, automatic device discovery, ChatGPT API, P2P connections, and various inference engines.
