This is an offline file format converter built in C#. It supports over 200 formats, including images, PDF, Office documents, ebooks, audio/video, archives, and CAD. To use it, just hold Ctrl and drag a file—a format ring appears next to the cursor; drop the file on the target format to convert. Files are never uploaded, and it works on Windows, Linux, and macOS.
